In the unlikely event that our product does not meet your expectations then we will happily arrange a replacement or refund (subject to terms and conditions) providing you can return it to us within 14 days (unless faulty).
Any items returned to us (unless faulty) need to be un-used and returned with the original packaging and labels in tact, in order for us to be able to re-sell them.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of any product(s) without an RMA (returns merchandise authorisation) number. To obtain an RMA number, and a speedy resolution, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for the return. If the product is faulty please give us the detail of any faults and if possible a photo to help us understand. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 14 days and must be presented with the product(s) being returned.
We would advise you to return items via registered post, you will need to pay for the return delivery which is non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
